Ace Chef Apparel Returns and Exchange Policy
30-Day Return and Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request an exchange or a full refund, provided the items are in resaleable and unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
No returns or exchanges for change of mind on SALE/Promotional items, custom orders, or garments with embroidery, screen printing, or embellishments. Worn, soiled, or damaged products won't be refunded, and customers bear return shipping costs for refusals. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process exchanges for sale items or gift cards.
Order History
You can view your order history by logging into your account. You can also access by "Login," next to the cart button on the header of the homepage, enter your email address, and use the code sent to your email to access your account.
Reduced Return Fee
Great news! We've successfully negotiated with Australia Post on your behalf. Now, your returns will only incur a flat fee of $10.95, no matter the size of your order. Please ensure one returns request is created for each parcel to be returned.
Self-Serve Returns
To initiate a return, start the process using this link. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to be sent with the return. You can get a copy of the receipt by logging in to your account using this link. Ace Chef Apparel reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% for items in poor condition, covering packaging, steaming, refolding, and, in extreme cases, dry cleaning.
Exchanges
To expedite the process and secure the items you desire, the quickest method is to place a new order for the preferred items and subsequently ship back the unwanted ones using the self serve returns link. You will also need to contact us at sales@acechefapparels.com.au and let us know what you would like instead of the items you have already returned. All shipping fees collected are used to cover Australia Post expenses. We charge a reasonable flat return fee of $22 for exchanges, regardless of the size and volume of the parcel. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for sale or run-out items, except under legally required circumstances. All purchases are final.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We'll evaluate the issue, make it right, and bear all the return costs associated with the order if it is our fault
Virtual Fit-Out Measure Service
We strive to avoid returns and exchanges by offering a unique virtual fit-out measure service. This service allows you to ensure the perfect fit before placing an order online. Additionally, we make every effort to contact our customers and double-check their orders and sizing prior to dispatching.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $300
To avoid additional shipping fees for exchanges, place a new order above $300. We will provide free shipping and include the exchange items in that order. This offer is available for Australian customers only.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you. If approved, you will be automatically refunded the full amount, minus any shipping costs, through your original payment method. Allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
