To keep the shoes in excellent condition:
Wipe the leather upper with a damp cloth to remove dirt or stains.
Use a mild leather cleaner or conditioner occasionally to maintain softness.
Allow shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
Do not machine wash or soak the cork footbed or leather upper.
Brush the suede footbed lining lightly to keep it fresh and breathable.
The shoe features natural cork footbeds harvested from cork oak trees, a renewable material that can be extracted without harming the tree, providing cushioning while supporting environmentally responsible sourcing.
Bottom drip fell off the shoes within 2 months of having them. After complaining got told it was normal

Giving these another chance. The grippy part underneath the shoes gave out on my last ones, but I just love Birkenstock for the support it gives my feet during dinner service.
